URGENT SAFETY ALERT

An exclusion zone involving road closures has tonight (Friday) been put in place around the Evolution Cove block in Durnford Street, Stonehouse, due to concerns about the structural integrity of the building.

The following roads and pavements are closed:

Emma Place Ope
A section of Emma Place
A section of Barrack Place
A section of Durnford Street

A temporary signal-controlled diversion route has been put in place, and pedestrians will be able to use the footway to the west of Durnford Street to ensure access to the rest of the Stonehouse peninsula.
